Crash Damage, how would you fix it? /w pics
Long story short, a few days ago I came to an intersection, and the guy in front of me had a different opinion of the just-turned-yellow light then I did...
anyway, here are a few pictures:
I have replaced the headlight with one from a junker, and I have already cut and unbolted the crunched fender peice (the horizontal was lacerated and the vertical was cut off by myself.) Note the little frame piece to the side of the headlight is bent, I have already pulled it out slightly. What is the best way to "fix" this sheetmetal frame portion? straighten it with hand tools? Cut and paste from a junk car? Any ideas are welcomed, whatever I do I will do this weekend when my new fender comes in.

Almost the same damage as that on my wifes car. Got a fender at the wreck yard for b/t 15-25 bucks and a front bumper for less than fifty bucks. No frame damage. Just a bolt on affair. Oh, a headlight assy also...chump change. After buying the car back from the insurance company I came out , I think about 1400 bucks to the good.
Some small hammer and dolly work on some of the flimsy understructure was required. No real skill requiredl.
