check the plugs to see if they are wet.
Most likely it is flooded. Some engines have a tendency to flood over Time when they sit.
The darn things are just Finicky!

When you try to start the car, does the tach needle make small movements?
There is a reason this question is often asked in relation to non starting cars. IF the needle makes small bumps, then you KNOW the ECU is getting power..........the CAS is good.........the coils are good.........Main Relay is good............and the engine is probably flooded if the needle moves. Your not allowed to post a thread if your out of gas.

Take plugs out tehn take out the relay for fuel pump...crank engine....replace plugs and relay. If it starts then your dealing with flooding issues. Prolly leaky injectors, or low compression wich would indicate you need a rebuild soon.

Fast-sounding crank makes me think flooded too- iirc, they don't build compression, so they do turn over quicker. I remember it sounding like that the couple times it happened to me.
To the OP - last time the car ran, did you by chance start it just for a minute or two (maybe to back it out of the garage, for example), with the engine cold? Because that's the most likely circumstance that leads to flooding - it's running extra rich during cold start, and you shut it down with a lot of raw gas in a cold engine that won't evaporate it.
Pull the EGI fuse, crank it a good bit (couple of thirty second bursts with the gas matted, let the starter cool a minute in between), put the egi fuse back, see if it will start (it may help to give part or full throttle again maximize air into the engine). If it works, great, if not, pull plugs, you'll probably find them wet with oily gas, dry them, do the same process of fuse/cranking with the plugs out, and then replace the plugs and fuse.
