With a stand alone you can have a huge vac leak and it will just idle higher. In my mind I can't picture that n/a LIM working out. I would suggest getting both Turbo intake manifolds and new gaskets, no silicone.

 

FIxed it... Changed out harnesses, runs like a champ. Something must have been shorting out on the harness.
