Cracks in turbo hotend, what to do?

Hey everyone, I have a 1987 S4 Tii, I recently took apart the turbo to port the wastegate and noticed these cracks on the hotend. Think its able to be ran? I dont expect boost to go above 14psi

If it is not able to be used, then what should I do. I would like to stick with the stock turbo, as I dont want to upgrade everything else on the car yet. I currently have a RTEK 1.7 and some 720cc injectors. I did this so I wont lean out with the RB Rev Tii exhaust. Keeping the stock airbox. Should I try to find another HT-18? I dont know to much about turbos, so any info helps.

You would be hard pressed to find one that isn't cracked like that radially in the scroll area. I would be more concerned with a cracked manifold then the turbo hotside.

Found the crack in mine caused the turbine to stop and possibly have caused the fire that the previous owner had before parking it.
It is much worse than yours, and has marks where the turbine was rubbing before it stopped completely.
