Can anyone help with info on this badge? I believe it’s an older factory reman badge but not sure. It’s on the front cover near the TPS.

its the plaque Mazda used from the mid 90's to the end.
F008-99-008R-48 is/ was the part number
06-11 looks like a date to me and the other one looks like a serial number 2130?
