Help identifying remanufacture engine badge. 87 turbo 2

Can anyone help with info on this badge? I believe it’s an older factory reman badge but not sure. It’s on the front cover near the TPS.

Anyways to decipher a year?

its the plaque Mazda used from the mid 90's to the end.

F008-99-008R-48 is/ was the part number

06-11 looks like a date to me and the other one looks like a serial number 2130?

Awesome. That’s what I was thinking but couldn’t easily find any examples. I saw the newer design that’s similar so wasn’t sure.
