Couple of questions for you Turbo guys...
I might be getting my hands on a Turbo "kit" from a T2 engine. The Guy, my guess is that he will be upgrading his, so my questions are this.
1) What would be the consequences of runnin a turbo with N/A rotors?
2)Should I close off the 5th and 6th Ports so they dont open once I have the turbo? Im wondering this because no 13BT engines are 6port.
3)What else could stop me from doing this?
4)Is the stock IC, from the TII engine good? I mean its made for the scoop on the TII hoods, so would that be better than a FMIC?

It's very possible
I'm not sure if the TII manifold will bolt up to the N/A block though.. Most people make there own using a hacked up racing beat header, or the flanges.

Throw away the aux ports. Throw away the na lower/upper/throttle body and buy a used equiv of those from a turboII.
Dremel out the tubo lwr intake to match the na front and rear housings. Drill/gut out the rear rotor housing water access plug to feed the manifold which in turn feeds the turbo water. Buy a turboii front cover for the oil return or drill a 10AN size hole in the front boss on the front cover and install a right angle union for the oil return from the turbo. Buy a tuboii throttle cable and intercooler and either front mount it or buy a turboii hood for the intercooler. Your halfway there now. Write back when you want to finish the project.

To me, it really doesnt sound like you know what youre doing. (no offence). I think you should gain a little more experience or something before trying to do this.. There is a nearly complete guide made by one of our forum members on this topic (aaroncake) http://www.aaroncake.net/RX-7/naturbo.htm
I dont know about consequences, but the NA rotors are higher compression, you cant run as much boost as you can on a T2, safely. Well I guess you can, but you really need to monitor things like exhaust temp and make sure you have enough fuel and overall; know what youre doing. etc.
About the 5/6th ports, aaron cake said you need to remove them on the S4 because you wont have enough room for the Turbo manifold and such. Mine were already removed before i started my project, so i dont need to worry.. I dont know, im rambling, correct any misinformation plz.

Lol dont worry, if I do get the parts and decide to do it, I aint gonna be doing the work. Someone else is, he knows more about it then I do. I just ask these questions because I want to also know what to do, so I can watch him do it and know what he is doing. Plus I plan on buying a second 7 that I plan on doing work on myself, sort of to learn on.

It is possible and being done. Several people have done it even with 9.7:1 rotors.
1. You will have to limit your boost and have the engine "fine tuned"
2. You remove the sleeves or wire them open
3. some fabrication will have to be done.
