cost of converting n/a to T2

I was going to buy a 89 n/a and was wondering what the cost would be to:
1: For a T2 engine
2: What additional parts would be required and what the cost would be.
3: How much time would the conversion take (days, hours, eons, ect)

I appriciate the help and if you have some advice that would be very helpful.

P.S. I will be gone for the weekend so if you ask me questions then I won't be able to answer them till Tuesday!

covered quite a few times already... you may wish to use the search function found in the upper right hand corner of this page.

But NA to T2 conversions can be done as cheap as $500 to as expensive as $10,000. It just depends on how much work you do yourself and if you sell your old parts to offset some of the cost of the new parts.

it can be VERY expensive or VERY cheap. depending on where you get the t2 parts and if you are able to swap/sell your N/A parts for it.

good luck either way

No offense, man, but you should really check this thread out, it may prove useful in getting questions answered in the future:

DEFINITELY take the time to do a search on this, as it has been covered SOOO many times. There's a lot of info available in the Forum already.

Good luck on your project.

Sorry the other threads were very unclear in the questions and the answers. I just wanted the facts and this is the best way to find them.

my conversion cost me about 2k, when I sell my old NA parts drop that firure to about 1000-1500. I swaped the entire drivetrain, and went with a J-spec engine.
