Corner seals

I'm going to be buying FD corner seals for my 87 TII rebuild and I was wonder what the pros and cons of solid versus ones with plugs anyone know? I know the solids are supposed to perform better under boost but does this risk the apex seals/housings/irons in any way? Thanks in advance

first of all, bumps are forbidden in the tech section... secondly i believe you are talking about corner seals, the plugs are arguably pointless. I don't think there are any problems with using the solid seals.Thirdly, the search funtion would help here. I'm not trying to be a dick, but someone else would have said it if i didn't.
