Corksport Silencer Rattle

So I bought the corksport silencer to quiet down the ehaust a little bit. I really like the way it sounds now when i cruise and what not.

But It is annoying when i first start moving the car it rattles but after about like 1200-1500 rpm the rattles dissapears and from then on it doesn't rattle.

I have tigthened it down as much as i could with the wrench and hex key. It still rattles what can I do to make the rattling go away?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Put a band of max-temp RTV (liquid silicone gasket marker) around the silencer, let it dry (takes several hours), then put it back on... if you made it just the right thickness it should stop the rattling (figure out how big it needs to be).
