WHAT'S THE WORD ON THESE ENGINES? ARE THEY OFFICIAL? DO THEY REALLY COME WITH LOW MILEAGE?

do a search on JSPEC egines, basically they are a risk, some a great, some are junk. from my personal experiences I will never buy a USED rotary engine again, rebuilt is the only way to go IMO.

remember when you get the engine that since these engines are usually replaced at 40k imagine the abuse that motor has taken until it was removed. Rebuilt is the best way to go but if you cant afford it or have a guaranteed good compression motor then go for it.

Thumbs up I got one from corksport - great comp

I got the motor I just blew from corksport. It had GREAT compression and EVERYTHING inside the motor was beautiful after I pulled it apart (except the 2 cracked apex seals!). I would recommend them to anyone.

Thumbs up completely fine

Yes you will be happy with what comes out of it. I actually am contemplating pulling my new GTX jspec motor apart, porting it, changing the water seals, and rebuilding it when it gets here.

that'd be a good idea i think. You might also want to spec everything out to make sure all the parts are OK before you throw it back together -- just to give you some peace of mind
