i noticed a bit of HP gain. It is loud as **** though. I had it connected to a Bonez cat, and you could hear me coming from 2 miles away.

so lets say i were to race somone and they were to pass me slowly high rpm's in thurd ( i have no hp mods done yet )
the addition of the corksport catback and a cone filter would change that at all?

80% sound 20% power. Not much HP gains from any cat-back dual or single. You need to remove cats or get something better than the stock mani for large gains.

not true. The diameter at which the ehaust gas exits makes a difference.

no more exhaust arguements. Its true though, there needs to be some sort of backpressure in the exhaust system.

A cone filter and the exhaust system didn't give me all that much HP. The Corksport system is cheap, but it isn't all that functional in my opinion. Its just loud as hell. As soon as my N/A gets put back together, im gonna put a dual system back on it.

I am talking about a cat-back alone. If you have a straight exhaust before it then yes it will make you gain power if it is designed right. I have heard the CS cat-back and it is god aweful. He is not going to put on anything else but the cat back and a cone. I doubt it would make much of a difference. Although it will make some difference.

Loud as hell. Buy the silencer if you purchase it.

I've got it on my NA.

I had a straightthrough downpipe to cat to the CS and it was Loud and Raspy.

I got the Bonez Superflo system and it made the exhaust deeper sounding without rasp. The Bonez did restrict more so it doesn't Rev as quick as it did.

It is a LOUD exhaust. I can hear it over my stereo no matter what(unless I decide to blow my speakers and ears).

It's good quality and the cheapest. If your gonna get it I would buy the silencer unit as well so if a cop yells at you ,you can then slap it on.

So far I haven't been pulled over yet.
One good/bad thing is that I can hear my car start when I'm inside my house(Stucco/cement walls) so no one will be able to steal it(bsides it floods so they won't get far, hehe).

The main reason why I bought it was because of price and that I am going to get a TII soon and will be a nice less restrictive catback. Since I'm use to NA loudness I'll think it's quiet once I get it on a turbo.

How would the CS sound on a TII. With 2.5 dp and mp. I have a 2' dual on there (hks) Its pretty loud. Well my main concern would be with the silencer. Would it restrict the air flow? Looks like it would. Whats the point in the 3.15" with that thing stuck in the muffler? Or does it work differently?

Two mufflers means twice the QUIETING capacity. Therefore we can only assume it will be LOUDER. HKS mufflers from what I can tell are pretty much like N1's which means they don't try to quiet down anything. Bet the RB cat-back and you will apreciate the sound of you car instead of having to use ear plugs with your car.

Sorry Steve, your a little late on the single pipes here in Winnipeg. Last year near the university I saw a white FC that had a single exhaust, looked like an N1. But I think it will still be okay
