The Thunder Fabrications pipe is only 16 gauge, about .063 inches. Good rotary exhaust pipes are .125 in thick. The TF pipe will be very loud as the exhaust pulses will travel through the sides of the pipe because it's not thick enough.

Well mine is not very loud. It is a little louder than stock but alot of the noise I hear is coming from the hole in it for my egt probe. Once I get that in I think it will be very close to stock sounding.
