Hey, I was wondering if anybody knows if Cork Sports Border knockoff fits well/is made well, anybody have any first hand experience with it?

From what people say on here the CorkSprot "Type II" bumper requires some work to make fit well. I guess that involves wedges or whatever it takes to make it look good. I have no idea about the side skirts though. However I think that by comparing the prices of the Corksport/Border pieces you should be able to decide which one you really want.

Edit: hopefully someone who has the pieces will comment

the bumber requires fitment on the 87-88 because it's made for the 89-91. I'm sure the real border one does too. it fits perfect on the 89-91.

Yeah, I posted a thread on this once already, fits like a glove. I have one on the way (the corksport) Everyone I've talked to about it said it fits perfectly

I guess that my comment only applies to the 86-88 people...

Everything that I have heard says that they fit fine on the 89 and up cars, as they were made for that car. I may be getting one for my 87 TII, so if any of you guys try fitting one let me know how it goes!

I am gonna pass on the sideskirts.

I got front fiberglass flares coming from Mariah. It adds 1 1/2 inches to the flare, but still keeps the stock look .=)
