mine doesnt even start.. because of all the fuel that is choking into the engine.. "i could even be able to smell the fuel as a crank the engine."

You have some leaking injectors or fuel system is pressurized incorrectly, or the engien is just flooded from not running it long enough for it to fully warm up. Do the unflood procedure for your model S4 or S5. You might need to remove the spark plugs and allow the fuel to evaporate if the unflood doesn't work.

Our cars are fuel injected, so fuel system should remain pressurized at all times. If it isn't then it is loosing pressure and fuel is leaking some where.

The fuel system is only fully pressurised when the pump is running. After you switch it off it drops to ~20psi and that pressure gradually bleeds out through the FPR over (I guess) about an hour or two.
