Cooling problems

Hey,
My turbo 2 Second Gen runs a little weird. While driving it...it runs quite cold, like 1/7 of temp gage. But when i stop at a light for a minute the gage rises to like 3/4 or so. What do you think I could do? Electric Fan maybe?

Kinda natural, but not that extreme, all cars heat up when there not moving. Also to the best of my knowledge, Ive never seen an e-fan that cools better than the clutch fan. To get it cooler buy a 2 or 3 core radiator.
