i have an 86 gxl 2+2
the car loves to overheat
i have replaced the thermostat the waterpump and the radiator
when the car is warming up it smokes alot i have changed the oil and he oil filter
i checked for any vaccum leaks. it leaks no water but after running for a while the is no water in the cooling system
it sounds like a cracked block to me

You're right. It's a cracked block. You might want to change the headgasket and re-ring it.

I'm just kidding with you bud...

Sounds like your coolant jacket's stability has been compromised, whether it means the metal behind it cracked (mine did, and boy did it ever love to eat coolant!), or the metal became warped and no longer kept a seal.

Start saving for a rebuild.
