When my car runs, or when its hot, i get lots of coolent in the resavore, i emptyed it a few days ago, toped off my radiaotr and filled the resavore to the full line, and today, its almost to the brim again, and it was running at like 3/5ths thermostat but didnt go any higher

On the resavore filler thing one side goes to the tube that drops far down in the resavore, one side goes to the little hole on the inside of the cap, as of now, the tube from the radiator cap goes to the hole, is this right? also, where SHOULD i fil my radiator from, and what shoud i use as my fill line
