Coolent leak

I have noticed a small coolent leak on top of lower raditor hose about a week ago.. temp would stay 1/2 and car wouldn't over heat. I thought it was the lower hose.. so I went to local auto store and bought a new hose. Changed the lower hose and new clamps today. Filled her back up and started the car.. looked at for leaks.. didn't see a thing.. then after a few min. I seen a drip what seemed to be coming from the top of the lower hose.. So to turn off engine, tightend up the hose again. Then started it.. and after about 3 minutes.. It started leaking again.. seems to be coming from right on top of the lower hose.. maybe a few cm above.. Is there anything else that connects on the lower part of water pump? Where could this be leaking from? Crack? Seems to be leaking about one drops in about a minute. Going to check tomorrow morning before I have to work in the afternoon since it is already dark. So any suggestens on what to look for would be appreciated.

There is a weep hole in the bottom of the water pump, for when the impeller starts failing.

The cover has a bit of rust.. but the pump itself looks nice and clean.
