Antifreeze mixed with distilled water (I use Prestone). You don't want crap to build up inside your radiator if you can help it. Apparently it's best to use a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water, because although using something like...say...80% water and 20% antifreeze would help with cooling (since water more readily absorbs heat), I heard over time it becomes acidic and corrodes the inside of your radiator.

Ethylene glycol, green. Available at any auto part store. Brand is irrelevant.

This info is in the FSM, Haynes, owners manual, etc.

actually, putting in the wrong coolant creates a .2v electric charge that can deteriorate aluminum parts via acidic electrolisis. also, yes, crap can form up in the radiator and make it impossible to burp the radiator and always cause the add coolant light (and absurdly annoying buzzer) to come on.
ask me how i know..................

peace

No, see the manual for the correct mix for your particular climate.

Your above statement could cause over $2,000 of damage to the engine of anybody unfortunate enough to listen to your asinine advice.

If you dare put the ORANGE stuff in your car, your coolant system is dead.
Green + green = More green!
Orange + orange = More Orange!
Green + orange = You have produced a gel in your system that can not be removed without a teardown.
