Talking Coolant problems.

So, after some really hard driving this weekend i go to put oil into my car at the gas station (like i do) and i noticed something a bit odd that i didn't see the last time i put oil into the car (a couple of days before this), a little bit of froth at the top of the oil tube. Looking and smelling a bit closer, it appears to be coolant.

Now, I'm pretty sure this means the water O-rings are gone, but isn't there some type of seelant stuff? I think kevin from RotaryResurrection mentioned something about it once, but i can't seem to find it in the threads. Help please?
