Coolant in oil 1990 convert.

I just had an rebuilt engine put in my car and we have coolant in the oil. Just bought the engine from Rotary Warehouse in Sacremento.Stock rebuild with ugraded seals and porte and polish. Any ideas? I'm new to rotary rebuild and don't know much.. Live in Phoenix ,AZ.. We completely replaced all hoses, ac compressor, power steering pump, water pump etc.. Any help appreciated..

I'm not sure, I'll find out tomorrow. My engine insaller sounded nervous though. Very meticulus guy, but not too familiar with rotarys.. just other Japanese cars.. Need a rotary guy in Phoenix..
