coolant o rings

what is the life span of coolant orings . Have a rebuilt kit in toolbox last 5 years is the rubber parts any good or should i spring for a new kit. thanks

they should be fine as long as they aren't dirty or have been exposed to water or anything. just think about how long rebuild kits sit on mazda's shelves before they get used.
