Exclamation Coolant Leak Question

so im leaking coolant from the hose that goes from the block to the heater and i was wondering since i dont have ac if i could just block those off or something like that.

That hose is feeding hot water to your heater core...has nothing to do with AC (or lack thereof).

my bad i meant heater core i just said ac but i want to know if i can block it off i am not running any type of adjustable personal climate control

You can block them off or connect the two heater hoses together to bypass the heater core. But, what are you going to do for a defroster in a few months?
