Coolant leak

So today I put my car (89 GXL) on a lift to check out a possible exhaust leak. I couldn't find anything so I started my car as my friend watched to see if find the leak. I rev'd the engine a few times once going up to 7k. At that point coolant poured out exiting between the starter and tranny (looked like someone was pissing). I traded spots and when it rev'd back to 7k not only did it leak again but a huge white cloud came from the exhaust.

Any clue? I couldn't see where it was leaking from.

from there it sounds like it is from within the bell
so that would be through bolt seals or even welsh plug

else top of the engine ,, rear plate top,, hose for waxcam/BACv water feed
