Unhappy Coolant Buzzer Going On and Off?

So the car hasnt been started in over a week and right before I parked the car, my temp. guage was going crazy!

:::::: The needle was bouncing up and down?! But the car wasnt over heating and the cooland buzzer never went on.

I said man let me park this car for now because Im about ready to place a bomb in here and blow it up!

Now yesterday as I started the car, the temp. gauge didnt even jump or do anything for that matter, just stayed below c....i was letting it warm up and then the add coolant light came on and I freaked out ( last time that happened, my motor went a day later!) and so I popped the hood and saw it was steaming a tiny bit by the radiator so I figured the car was hot and shut it off! I let it cool down and then I removed the Thermostat thinking it was bad and wasnt allowing water to flow thru?

Fired it on and after a few mins it came back on! i removed the radiator cap and the, please forgive me people but I dont know the proper term for this piece, and where thermostat is, that cap thats there, I removed that and I was watching the coolant flow....it was acting like a fountain for maybe 5 seconds and then it just started flowing? What is wrong?!

The worst thing you can do(in my opinion, like it matters) is remove the thermostat.Unless it is Stuck, and you are stuck finding one.
It sounds like the Coolant wasn't Checked, and the System, being a "give and take" system,Sucked in some air.
That would make the coolant Level sender go off(Warning).
You should open up the Cooling system at the Highest point, and See if it is Full,When COLD.If you can't see coolant there(thermo neck)(s4 you can check the rad also),then Top it off with coolant and Start the car.
Now a little bit of coolant may come out But not alot.IF it GUSHES out like a fountain, then your coolant seals are Gone(rebuild time).
So now the car is started and the coolant is topped up.Let the thermostat open up and circulate the coolant.NOTE:HAVE A BUDDY present to start and turn off the car.
Coolant has a tendency to Expand...so GET a BIG Funnel and stick it in the Coolant neck..the engine is now doing it's job of circulating the Coolant and you can watch the coolant for bubbles.Once the bubbles stop, then get your buddy to turn the car off.Top the coolant off,Cap it and go for a drive.Watch the Gauge for any Odd reading. If the Gauge goes to H..FAST.then Shut it off.
By rights now the car should be OK.The buzzer should be OFF./After the car cools down, recheck the coolant and make sure the Hose from the Rad or the Thermostat neck to the Overflow is in Good condition,no cracks, cuts,or is Kinked.Als make sure the Overflow bottle is at the appropriate level...
We are done..Have Fun..STYX.
