I'm assuming you want someone to run a CARFAX for you to find out if it has a clean title. But since I can't do that, I'll just tell you what I know from looking at the VIN.

Mazda Passenger Car, RX-7 1.3L Turbocharged, 1990 Model Year, has auto shoulder belt, built in Hiroshima, and it was the 2528th car off the line.

I know that's not what you were looking for, but it was fun anyway.
