Constant beeping sound when fuse in power steering?

Constant beeping sound when fuse in power steering?
I have an 87 FC and I recently put a 10A fuse into my power steering slot and all I started to drive and I started hearing an annoying beeping sound like every 7 seconds. Why is it doing this? Its only when there is a fuse in the power steering but when I take it out it automatically stops. Im guessing its rigged in somewhere but im not sure what it means and its bugging the hell out of me...
