Connector near BAC

I am wondering what these two connectors underlined in pink does.
This is a harness out of a 1987 TII.
The two connectors sits near the BAC plug, and the black/red and white wires goes to the two pin furthest left in the FEM-02 connector.

7 split air

Still not 100% sure though as it seems the previous owner did some splicing here, and the two plugs was connected together...

If the white wire is next to a Black/Yellow wire in the emission side of FEM-02 then it runs to the split air solenoid. The White wire should also mate with a Black/Blue wire at FEM-02.
