is that connected right?

well i have an 87 TII and that rod fell out. I put it back like this but Im not sure if its right.

If that is what I am thinking it is - MOP actuation rod, then yes you have it right. Make sure you put the little washer and cotter pin back on there though. You would not want that falling off under high RPM or load conditions.

That's the OMP actuator rod, and it's very important it works right. Make sure when you move the throttle from fully closed to fully open and back again the rod moves freely with the throttle and doesn't bind on anything.

well i used the trash bag wire to attach it since I couldnt find the other thing.
