O.K i know that this is going to sound really dumb but i 've been hearing this term for a while now and im confused on what exactly it means!

What is HEAL-TOE shifting? I know how i shift and i thought i was doing it the proper way! No body has really explained to me what it is and i've been starting to hear it more and more. So can someone please explain to me what it is?
