Compressor Housing Upgrade??

My problem is putting two and two together. If you uprade the compressor wheel do you have to upgrade the housing?

well i think upgrading the wheel can only put you up so high. i think about the limit on a upgraded wheel you can put no more than 250hp down?
you upgrade the housing if you want more than that. can you say T04E
