correct me if im wrong....anyone, anyone, bueller?...but i think the coils are the same from the n/a to the turbo cars. I remember not being able to tell the difference, by looking at the parts numbers on them.

OK, first being nice

The engine is pretty much the same (internal-wise), so plugs and wires are interchangeable. On Turbos you might want to run '9s all around due to higher temperatures.

And now its time for WAR:

Anyway, I was referring to plugs. TIIs have BUR7 (leading) and BUR9 (trailing) from the factory, but the first step is to upgrade to 9s all around, to slightly improve performance at high rpms and to make matters simpler (just buying 4 9s instead of 2 7s and 2 9s).

On a side note, I dont think your losing power has to do with plugs and/or wires (unless you have taken a look and you know this is the case). Its something with your cats and/or intake......

I think he meant to say, on turbo motors, use 9mm spark plug wires

9 mm spark plug wires are probably not a bad idea, but he's talking about the actual spark plugs. Stock is 2 BUR7EQ and 2 BUR9EQ. He is saying to use 4 BUR9EQ. Go to your local auto parts store and tell them you want plugs for your car and you'll see what I mean. Get NGKs.
