compression test hot/cold
compression test hot/cold
hey i just did a compression test on my car.
i live in minnesota and its starting to get chilly here,
around 45 degrees i think.
last time i drove the car was yesterday afternoon around 4:30pm.
its 10:30am now today.
i just did a compression test, the motor was cold obviously from the weather AND sitting all night.
i was just wondering would that cause the compression test to read higher than normal?
and also whats the ideal conditions to get a proper reading for compression.
