compression???????

compression???????

what actually makes the compression in a rotary engine?
I know the rotar spins but does it make compression like pistons?
Please shed some light???

There is a pocket formed the 3 corners touch and there is a pocket holding the fuel mixture. its not completely circle so there is pocket inbetween corners of the rotors. The space the fuel enters is much bigger then where it is where the plugs are. The space is tighter there for making it compress.
