Common spots for water leakage in cabin

Whats up guys, It has been raining tons this summer here in South Carolina and I have noticed that my carpet is wet for some reason every time it rains. The seats however are dry. Sunroof isn't leaking. What could it possibly be?

if anything i would suspect the sunroof drains before anything else. unless it's a vert, the coupes are sealed quite well.

if it's a vert... sorry, put a plastic bag over the top of the car. just about every vert i have come across, the term i would use best is "water resistant" not "water proof".

Also check to make sure your the spot where your windshield drains are not blocked with debris. If so, rain water could overflow and and come in thru the pass intake air port thingy.

Sit in the car and have someone hose down the car then look for leaks.
Most likely from the weather strip. But from where.

Take an insulated wire which is fairly thick and shove it through.

Are you talking about the space under the tray at the bottom of the windshield?
