Sprint RE maps?
I've got a Haltech Sprint RE installed on my s4/s5 swap. Been through hell to get this thing together.
Was wondering if anyone has used the stock maps, are they good enough to start and drive with?
Or could someone possibly share their map with me that might get me going?
If so my specs are:
S5 fresh rebuilt and street ported by a rotary shop
God Speed FMIC
Koyo radiator
RB full exhaust
OMP deleted
Emissions deleted
Stock turbo, injectors, and fuel pump.
Any help is much appreciated. I've been getting this thing together for awhile now and it's so close now

the stock base map is fine for a basic tune to get you to a tuner but the ignition settings are not correct.
distributor
falling
constant
4.5ms
they come setup for direct fire for standalone coils without ignitors. wasted some time to figure out why it sounded like a lawnmower with the supplied maps/setup options. i would not use their base map as a guideline for a proper tune though, it's a bit all over the place(i would almost say severely conservative in most areas/aggressive in temp corrections).
if you have any issues with it i have a base map setup for a 550/720 setup, but i hesitate to hand it out to someone with 550 secondaries because it will run lean in boost. it was also setup for a high compression engine so the timing is overly conservative for a 9.0/8.5CR turbo engine as well the fuel maps may be slightly off.

Ok so it sounds like the stock map would be ok to drive on with stock boost and what not, I assume? Until I get a proper tune done...
I drive to work and back that's all. It's about a 10 min trip 1 way.
