i was thinking the colour code would be part of the vin #

wat kinda #s am i actually looking for? ive looked by the door under the hood...and nothing says colour:#####
so what am i actually lookin for?

These are the color codes for the different series. Scroll all the way down until you get to "outside door handles." The last two digits of the part number is your color code. This should be on the VIN plate in the engine bay and also on the stickers on the door jams.

Theres a metal VIN plate on the passenger side firewall, right beside the wiper motor. It will tell you your paint code on there. It will actually say "paint code"

There should be a sticker on the lower driver side door frame. It identifies the manufacturer, vehicle weights, manufacture date, and at the bottom the color code.
