Cold start and hesitation.

I have an 10th AE and it hates to start in the morning. I have to use the flooded start method usally just to get it to fire up and then it wants to die so I have to give it a little bit of gas to to keep it from dying. and when it finally gets stablle and I go to drive it and hesitates and almost dies. when I go to stop and shift it in to first it wants to die. also after driving it for like 15 mins and its running at about 1/3 warm if I give it enough throtle for the boost to start to spool up it hesitates until it the boost guage reads about +40. does any one know whats wrong? it seems to run fine after i have been driving it for like 30 or so.

thank you
