Cold Bucking/Hesitation

So whenever i drive my 7 in the morning or whenever the car is cold, for the first 5 minutes the car will buck and hesitate at low RPM in all gears. When i give the car more gas it usually helps except today. I was driving this morning and the car just kinda stop and would not go above 2k even when i floored it then after 10 seconds if took off and revved up fine.

Yes i do warm my car up in the morning, i let it idle in my driveway for about 5 minutes. I have gone back and regrounded my car and it didnt help. Also after the 5 minutes of bucking the car is fine and drives good. I have an 87 NA.

So any help would be greatly apprechaited, thanks
