Cold air intake
I was wondering what kind of methods are there on making your own cold air intake ? I dont wanna do any cutting or welding, i was thinkin of a tin/aluminum flexible pipe starting form the grill leading it staright to the intake
any other methods ?

Matters what type of car you have. TII or N/A?

Good luck with it. And the reason for doing a cold air intake? Would you really need it? Is your engine getting that hot? Only way I would see of doing this-minus the gobs of hp you "CAN" gain- is if your engine is getting too hot.

you promised him you'd never reveal how its set up? why? who cares if others know, ive thought of multiple ways to make a cai...
and btw, you can make your own for cheaper than santiagos easily

I am not completely gone guys. I only watch from the FC heavens now. I am leaving AZ up and running because it is one thing that I will likely still follow up on. But it looks like the TII CAI is not going to be made available any time soon. Wankel7 is probably not going to be around to allow me to test on his TII so I will have nothing to use as a guinea pig. All I can say to you all now is use you minds and imaginations. A CAI is something relatively simple to create and use effectively but you have to think outside the box as it were. Good luck to all you DIY'ers.
