That looks really good. I would agree that a small lip at 90 degrees to the sides would be nice to have to attach a foam "gasket" to get a seal to the hood. I like it though. Nice work!!

I have seen closely the work of this cold airbox that rx-7fc intalled on his car . It looks sweet and the carbon fiber look is better than the firberglass look that I have.

does any body want one because i have to start making them and i am trying to find a rubber that will go around the lip on the top to make a seal but for now it will not have one

i definately want one but i noticed one problem i have the big k&n air filter thats like 10 inches long and i dont think it will work,but if you could measure the room in the box,and if it will work i will take a CF one i can send you pics of my air filter if it would help.Thanks,Dave
