cluth not grabbing

help my clutch isnt grabbing when i give it gas it revs high then grabs around 4500 rpm whats wrong.

hmm, your clutch might be worn out....

i'm not sure, but you gotta trust me on this.

at 4500 rpm it starts to grab? as in you finally start moving after sitting there burning clutch? or it just engages and you get launched?
