Ok... my 87TII has a pretty aggressive street port, intakes, upgraded to a series 5 manifold/turbo and shortly a RB full exhaust... would the ACT Z65-HD00 be a good option? It holds 330ft-lbs of torque, so i should definitely be under that right?

Alright for 2-3 weeks my clutch has seemed to be slipping a little not much so I was'nt sure it was the problem untill last night. Now whenever I take off at 4k rpm or more it just spins untill I ease back some when i'm driving its whenever the turbo starts to kick in. And when I got home it had a burnt smell.
Would this cause any problems to my trans I hear of syncros going bad how do I know? Sometimes when I put it in reverse it makes a small grind?

Also could I have prevented this or how can I prevent it from happening again? I dont think it was from the way I drive.

At SRMotorsports www.srx7.com/srFlyACTSpec.html theres a Clutch & Flywheel Package 9.5# aluminum flywheel, counterweight, hardware kit , bearings and ACT HD($799 ) or Xtreme($849) clutch set. Whats the difference(HD~Xtreme)? Good price?

I'm useing mazdatrix street/strip cover ($144 ) and s/s heavy duty clutch($138) with a 12lb alum. flywheel. It's great "awesome performance "

I find this interesting since I have 160K on my stock clutch and it is fine.... I'm not launching at 6K every day though..... I'd say the stock clutch is fine for non-abusive driving. If your clutch is slipping after 1K of normal driving, something isn't right with the install OR you got a bad part.
