clutch won't engage

the other day i went to shift and it my clutch decided not to work. I bled the the clutch line but it still didn't wouldn't engage. the clutch is really new but the guy i bought it from had the car sit for a year so its kinda in rough running condition. I could use all the possible on this one.

Is the slave cylander alright?
Are you pissing fluid all over the place?
Does the pedal stay at the floor, or does it spring back up like normal?
Any new/wierd sounds?
How's the fluid level?
Is it stuck in/out of gear?

Need more info..............

fluid level is good and ithe pedal springs up normal. When i first got it it made some sound when i dropped the clutch even in neutral. But that eventually went away. Fluid is staying where it is suppose to be.
