Clutch/Transmission... just installed tranny, but need some expert help fast :(

Ok, so i got my locked tranny fixed, and put it back in... But there are some issuse.. I dont know if my TB is in properly... as far as i know it is. But i cant put the clutch release cylinder back on because the thing that sticks out to push the fork that the Throwout baring is on, sticks out too far, and when you push on the clutch pedal in, it sticks out even further. And when you push the clutch, you have to pull it back out or it will just sticks to the floor. Im guessing it does this because the release cylinder isnt connected. I didnt disconnect the hose that goes into the release cylinder so it shouldnt need bleeding.
Any help would be greatly appriciated

I had the exact same problem I had to open the bleeder valve of the clutch cylinder, and then pushed the rod in as far as I could then tightend the bleeder again, then bolted it on and then bleed the clutch again. I fought with it for quite some time. and this took all of five minutes.
Good Luck.

no worries,
when you push the rod in with the bleeder screw off clutch hudraulic fluid will come out, so be prepared.

GOD i wish i read that earlier, I just did it, and it wasnt coming out, so i was like "WTF?" so i pushed it harder, and the steel ball shot into my face, following a flood of clutch fluid right into both of my eyes, that **** burns like a mother ******. I cursed, then ran to the hose and blasted myself in the eyes for a few mins, thank God i can see again..
But I have a new problem, I lost my steel ball where can i get another one?

Hmm strange.. mine has a different bleeder. Instead of the steel ball bit it has a bit which does exactly the same job, just built into the bleeder..

Hmm..
someone must've already replaced it.

You can buy new one from all different places.

Although any size that fits in there without TOO much movement will work, it might be easier/cheaper/better to just pick up an aftermarket bleeder. Like my car obviously has.. I never realised they came with a bleeder like that ball setup from the factory.
