clutch switch

clutch switch

so the plastic club broke on the cluch pedal are where the cluch switch meets it...i cant get a part at this momnent since everywhere is closed...what is a good qucik fix till i can get the plastic clip...will i hurt anything if i keep driving it...sorry if this has been asked before i did not due a search cause i am on a dial up at the moment cant get tomine with cable

no there are no wires....its a plastic clip...the part where the rob out of the clutch switch meest the clutch pedal arm....the plastic rob out of the clutch switch goes into a arm on the pedal...it makes a popping noise everytime i push it in....from the rod hopping in and out of the hole...

I've been driving without a clutch safety switch since the 5spd swap in march. As long as you never try to start your car in gear with the clutch out, you're fine. Otherwise your car leaps forward and you look like a total fool.
