Im trying to wire up my microtech to run anti-lag, but I dont know which is the power wire on the clutch switch. There are 2 wires, a BLACK one and a YELLOW one. Which is power and which is ground?

When I'm not sure, I get out my meter.

It's time to get out your meter.
Even when your sure, it's a good idea to test a signal wire before hooking something up.

Try to find one. Any cheap one will do.
I got one at Harbor Freight for $4.
I've seen them at Wal-Mart for $10.

The RX-7 was at the leading edge of automotive electronics in '86, so a meter can be invaluable.

The yellow wire (yellow/blue actually) goes to the ECU (not power). The black wire is grounded. This is shown in the wiring diagrams, which you should have so you don't have to waste your time waiting for answers to simple questions on a forum.

The yellow/blue wire is easily accessible at pin 1Q on the 22-pin ECU connector that'll still be sitting where the ECU is. You can cut this wire at the plug and connect it to one of the MicroTech's inputs as per their instructions.
