clutch question...and a header question

clutch question...and a header question

my clutch pedal goes striaght to the floor and stays there...is that a bad clutch master cylinder or something else? also i got pulled over runnin and open header (wierd huh?) what is the quickest way to quiet it down enough so i can take it and show them i fixed it? i have the header then nothing with the y pipe and mufflers just hangin there and no money to connect them. Any help is greaty appreciated. thanks

Holy crap...you actually drove around with an open header!?! Are your ears bleeding yet? You need to connect the header to the Y-pipe, simple as that. I know you said that you dont have any money, but that is what needs done. As for the clutch problem, are you sure the fluid is filled, and the system is bled? If so, yes it could be a faulty master cylinder.

The other day I was getting on it and my header got disconnected from the rest of my exhaust; the glasspack is ghetto bolted to the header. Rotaries are ******* loud with just header, your crazy for driving around like that.

Nothing will quiet it to legal standards, except connecting it to the rest of your exhaust.

Check clutch fluid level, clutch fluid lines for leaks, and it could possibly be the clutch master cylinder.
