i have an ebay special sprung 6 puck and i love it. it has never slipped even when i did a 7k drop with 26" BFG drag radials at the track. not only that but they are pretty cost efective.

Ive bought couple clutches from Gripforce (through ebay), one street disc`and H/D prssure plate and one 6 puck and heavy duty pressure plate (waiting to be abused by the T04-S when I get it together)

Thats my recomendation. As well they have TREMENDOUS customer service, the first clutch I got was sans T/o bearing and pilot bearing and alignment tool. One phone call and 3 emailed pics later I had my sheeat.

And I have to say that for the money (JUST over 200cdn shipped for the 6 puck) its extremely hard to beat.

I have a 91 NA and im going with ACT myself. I've heard nothing but good about them, i guess a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Pretty soon i'll have some first hand experience though, they also make a flywheel for the turbo models, but not the NA. Hope that helps any, cool Avatar btw

Yeah ACT is good....and yes a six puck is plenty for you power levels. My sixpuck and heavy duty PP is rated for 435lbs/trq

If you're slipping that bad boy then let me know!!

I'm going with the Street/Strip heavy duty, but im making no where near as much power as you since im na, but yeah, six puck should be plenty, but you should see if you can find one with a sprung hub rather than rigid hub, that will at least kinda make it more streetable if its a street car your putting it on. They have the heavy duty six puck and extreme six puck at a website i like to go to, its www.sportcompactonly.com, maybe you'll find something you like from them like i did.
