Clutch ques. searched

Ok I was looking for a performance clutch for my car but my syncs are also bad I have a parts car it is a 89 and my gxl is a 88. Now when I was looking at clutches I noticed that there was somethings for both and other things it was either s4 or s5. Now the question is do I have to get a s5 flywheel along with the tranny to go with the clutch or can I stay with a s4 flywheel and clutch with a s5 tranny? Thank you.

Just one more question is it the clutch and pressure plate from a s4 that will not fit in a s5 or is it the size of the flywheel that makes the differnce? The reason I am asking is I was thinking about the counterweight is it a differnt weight in the s4 and the s5 if so will it not make a differnce with the rest of the engine being a s4 do to differnt rotor weight?
